A household works when the agreements are real.
Shared living breaks down over small things: whose turn it is, how loud is too loud, what happens when someone has a bad week. Those things are manageable if there are agreements everyone actually had a say in, and if there is support to keep them going.
We work with the household as a unit as well as with individuals. That means helping to set the shared routines, supporting participants to raise issues before they become resentments, and stepping in early when something is not working.
Who This Service Is For
Participants living in a shared arrangement, whether through SIL or another shared accommodation option, who need support with the shared side of daily life.
