Service overview

The most personal support there is, treated that way.

Personal care is the support where getting the manner right matters as much as getting the task right. Who does it, whether they announce themselves, whether they rush, whether they talk to the participant or over them — those things decide whether a participant feels supported or processed.

We roster for continuity so participants see familiar workers, we take gender and cultural preferences seriously, and we ask how the person wants things done rather than applying a standard routine.

Who This Service Is For

Participants who need assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, medication prompting or mobility support at home.
