Service overview

Function first, fitness second.

For most participants the goal is not a fitness outcome, it is a functional one: getting off the couch without help, managing the front steps, walking to the shop and back, keeping the strength needed for transfers. Those goals need programs built around them specifically.

That is what adapted exercise physiology does. It also tends to help with the things nobody funds directly — mood, sleep, energy and confidence — which is often what participants notice first.
