Service overview

Where support needs clinical backing, not just willingness.

High intensity supports are the tasks where getting it wrong has consequences: complex bowel care, enteral feeding, tracheostomy management, complex wound care, high-risk seizure management, severe dysphagia. They require specific training, documented competency and a Registered Nurse standing behind the team.

We also use the same clinical structure for participants whose complexity is behavioural or psychosocial rather than medical, because the requirement is the same: experienced staff, clear plans, real supervision and proper reporting.
