That is why we can screen an urgent referral the same day and give a straight answer about capacity. Decisions about properties and staffing are made by people who know both.

Availability, start dates and support arrangements are always subject to an individual assessment of needs, funding, risk and compatibility. Participants keep full choice and control over who provides their supports.
