Where support needs clinical backing, not just willingness.
High intensity supports are the tasks where getting it wrong has consequences: complex bowel care, enteral feeding, tracheostomy management, complex wound care, high-risk seizure management, severe dysphagia. They require specific training, documented competency and a Registered Nurse standing behind the team.
We also use the same clinical structure for participants whose complexity is behavioural or psychosocial rather than medical, because the requirement is the same: experienced staff, clear plans, real supervision and proper reporting.
Who This Service Is For
Participants with high intensity daily personal activities in their plan, complex health or clinical requirements, complex behaviours, or significant psychosocial disability.
